Robin
I spotted this little robin out my front window, looking over his shoulder at me.This painting was a difficult one since I intended it as a sketch only and drew it on hot press paper which doesn't handle layers or lift-offs very well, at least in my experience. I love his sweet expression, curious but not alarmed. It makes me think of the lyrics to a song, "I was lookin' back to see if you were lookin' back at me."
